Lets get ready for a TRUE Wednesday challenge! Hills!
Personal Warm-Up
THEN
60min Max Hill Walks/Hikes/Cycles/Runs on Fort Henry Hill
*You will be going from the gate at the baseball diamond at the bottom of the hill to the stop sign going into the military neighbourhood at the top
I ended up getting 7 hill loops for a total of 9.26km.
THEN
5-10min Cool Down Walk

If you are unable to get to the Hill you can either find a hill near you OR you can do an interval session for 60min.
A great starting interval would be a 1min Run followed by a 2 or 3min jog/walk for the 60min

If you still haven’t downloaded STRAVA here are the instructions from last week!
A) Download the STRAVA app
B) Create and account
C) If you have a GPS watch you can link your watch software to STRAVA
D) Once you are in the app you can go to the explore function and search for the club: “Stone City Strength Movement Challenge” and join our group!
E) Tomorrow I have set up an event you can join once you are in the club.
F) Once you are ready to get moving simply open the app and click record on the bottom of the screen! Once you are done simply click end!
G) Take a look to see how others are doing and support your Stone City Family!
