At Home Workout # 18
My trail run was a massive failure today. I went out and plotted a nice 6.5km loop for everyone this afternoon, shot the video and edited the footage only to find out the parks will all be shut down tommorow.
So instead what we will do is get everyone to try and do 60min of active moving (logged in Strava, if you are using it). This can be walking, hiking, running, cycling and paddle boarding (Steve!).
I would suggest:
1) Fort Henry or Barriefield hill sprints.
2) A Gore Rd. Record Attempt, from the ANAF building to the horse farm and back.
3) A Middle Road Cycle
4) A K&P Trail Jog
