20sec Bag Devil Press
10sec Rest
20sec Bag Burpee Overs

20sec Can Shoulder Slides
10sec Rest
20sec Hand Stand Hold/Pike Hand Stand/Plank
After Each Round You Will do 2min of “Cardio”
Round 1: Finish with 2min Jumping Jacks/Skipping or Running
*Sup step ups if needed
Round 2: 2min Stair Running or Step Aerobics
Round 3: 2min Butt Scootch Sit Up
Round 4: 2min Walking Lunges
