After the poll I have decided instead of running a stretching session this weekend I will run one on Monday morning at 7am to get your work week started! I think i will try to use ZOOM for this session to see if the interaction is better than a facebook LIVE! Let us know below if you are interested in joining on MONDAY!
For tomorrow we will be doing a memorial HERO WOD for Cst. Stevenson a 23yr RCMP veteren recently killed in the line of duty (In Halifax).

23 Air Squats
23 Push Ups
23 Jumping Lunges or Step Back Lunges
23 Sit Ups
Lets really try to give it our all tomorrow and reflect on how important it is to appreciate every moment. I will be doing this workout as well so will post my score in the morning.
