For this week we will be going back to some of the previously recorded workouts (there are 71 of them!) for those not coming to the gym. Like any program you can 100% circle back after about 16 weeks! Once we have tackled our soft re-opening this week we will re-assess the requirements for the online only component. Hopefully we see everyone again soon and please keep posting scores, feelings and efforts. If you have been logging your last 70 workouts this is a great time to go back and try to smash your scores!
