At Home Workout #76
For tomorrow everyone can do the same workout! The outdoor group will be doing the following:
10 Push Ups (On Knees is Ok when we are outside)
10 Burpee Plank
10 DB Thrusters
10 Plate Halos
for the AT HOME group simply modify DB Thrusters and Halos to work with a backpack.
*If you need a modification for the run, choose any cardio that lasts 60sec!
