Here is our first at home Suck It Saturday…….and let me tell you it SUCKS
“Death by Burpee”
Start a clock to count up
In the first minute do 1 burpee
In the second minute do 2 burpees
In the third minute do 3 burpees
In the forth minute do 4 burpees
Keep this pattern going until your reach total failure and you cant complete your burpees before the minute rolls over.
Obviously modify by elevating your burpees if you want to get your push-ups in or do our Stone City modified burpees (jump in and jump out with the legs.
I ended up failing at the 15th-16th minute getting 16 burpees right on time but being too tired to go for 17.
That’s a total of 136 normal push up burpees.
