Sarah Kauffman is the Vice President and Co-Founder of Stone City Strength & Wellness Ltd.  She is looking forward to applying her professional background as a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) along with her experience and love of fitness to help build SCS into a prominent strength and conditioning facility.

Sarah grew up as a competitive rower, and has won the Canadian Schoolboy Championships, the Royal Canadian Henley Lightweight Championships and was awarded the Best Crew in Canada.  She brings with her, experience in coaching young rowers in summer programs, coaching young athletes in various fitness programs throughout Kingston, and instructing a family fitness workshop in a local elementary school.
