All of our group class memberships come with access to any of the classes and workshops offered at Stone City Strength & Wellness Ltd. each week, a complimentary face towel for every workout and a t-shirt when you sign up. There are no contracts or sign up fees for any of our membership categories. We pride ourselves on over-delivering to our clients and as such we hold high expectations for your success in our programs. With this in mind, it is only fair that you hold us to the same standard when it comes to memberships.

60min Personal Training Sessions:

1 Session = 70$ + HST
10 Sessions = 65$/Session + HST
20 Sessions = 60$/Session + HST

*With the purchase of any personal training package (1,10 or 20 session) you will receive a free consultation in order for us to understand your goals, background, lifestyle and personality. This will allow us to create a tailored strategy for helping you reach your full potential.

*When you purchase a personal training package you will receive a program and homework workouts to follow between you appointments.

FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT SCREEN
