TEEN PERFORMANCE PROGRAM
DESIGNED FOR YOUNG ATHLETES AGES 15 THROUGH 19
Stone City Strength & Wellness is Kingston East’s elite athletic performance center. Enrolling in our Teen Performance Program ensures you receive the highest quality coaching and programming to guarantee you reach your maximum potential.
Our Teen Performance Program will help young athletes decrease injuries; increase their level of competitive play and provide an environment that is challenging, rewarding and fun.
During the program our athletes will be exposed to structured and progressive sport-specific programming which will be monitored via performance testing and will ensure an improvement in strength, endurance, power, speed and mobility/flexibility.
With a true commitment to the program, athletes can expect to jump higher, move faster, be pain free all while improving full body strength.

We recommend athletes train a minimum of 2x per week (8x/month) with 3x (12x/month) being the optimal for maximal performance benefits.
*These are Pre-Authorized memberships and will renew monthly but can be cancelled prior to the next month beginning.
**Athletes under the age of 18 will need a guardian to sign a waiver form before commencing their first session.
